We had three runners in the low key Muddy Roads tees 5km trail race in midweek with only 60 competitors turning up for the race. Tony Winward who has been in great form of late was first home for the club in 3rd place in a time of 18:22, with Phil Teece once again on pacing duties finishing 18th in 22:37. Dave Hamer was our third male runner on the evening finishing in 50th position in a time of 30:37.
