Junior Fundamentals 1 & 2

Suitable for ages 8-10 (school years 3 to 6). This group will follow a multi-event based approach to training, with little focus on one over the other. This approach allows young athletes to pick up all of the fundamental movement patterns required for future training.

Junior Foundation

A progression from our Fundamentals groups, this is suitable for ages 11-13 (school years 7 to 9), again following a multi-event based approach.
