Three days after the Fountains 10km race, Paul Cook was racing again, this time at the Spring Coast Road 5km event, another race from the New Marske series which sees runners run around the coast front at redacr.
Paul 44th in 18.22 with Sue Phillips 95th in 20.36, husband Martin finishing in 21.09 in 102nd place and two seconds ahead of Graham Bell in 103rd with Ian Barnes was 163rd in 24.10.
