Simon Rogers was first home at this Sunday’s Richmond Castle 10km race, a tough 10km race which sees runners tackle three tough climbs throughout the race before returning back to the town and into the castle for the finish.
Simon finished in 39.01 for 16th place followed by Paul Cook in 41st who was struggling after being laid up with flu in 42.04 and Ben Wilson 81st in 44.55. Val Wilson was next home finished in 132nd in 47.58, Ian Barnes 237th in 52.46 and Stephen Dauber 378th in 66.04.
