India Pentland was recently selected for the London Mini Marathon Young Athlete’s camp at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. Those chosen to attend were lucky enough to spend the week training with some of the top endurance coaches in the country, as well as learning about nutrition, race preparation, injury prevention and recovery amongst other things. Special guests included Andy Vernon, Steph Twell and Jake Wightman – who had all just returned from the European Championships. As you can imagine, she had a fantastic week!
