We had three of our athletes in action at this years Lyke Wake Challenge, an event which sees essentially competitors crossing the North Yorkshire Moors from Osmotherley to Ravenscar. This event is a 42 mile challenge that sees runners setting off at different times based on ability/expected time to complete and go through several check points. Some of the terrain can be quite challenging with the weather playing a huge part to the day.
