Another lone wolf this weekend was Ian Threadkell who headed to Dublin to run both the 5km and Half Marathon events at the Rock N Roll events. Ian’s girlfriend Emma also ran her first 5km event this weekend so congratulations to you Emma.
Ian finished the 5km alongside Emma in 43:28 then followed this up with a 2:17:20 half marathon. Well done guys, hope you had a great weekend.
